We are not a large company. We are a home-based business. Customer service is our #1 priority. Due to lack of space, however, we often will not have supplies you are looking for in stock. We do our best to get the items you order, if they are not in stock, as soon as possible. If you need any item(s) before a certain date, please let us know and we’ll let you know if we can fill your need. If we can’t get you what you need soon enough and you paid for the items we'll refund your money.
